Snow Boa For Sale

The Captivating Beauty of the Snow Boa

The Snow Boa is widely considered one of the most stunning color mutations in the entire reptile hobby.

Created by combining Albino and Anerythristic genetic lines, this exceptional double-recessive morph lacks both dark melanin and red pigmentation.

What remains is a sleek, ghostly white snake brushed with subtle pastel pinks, soft lavenders, and glowing ruby eyes.

Every Snow Boa develops richer contrast and brighter undertones as it matures through successive shed cycles.

Essential Care & Enclosure Parameters for Your Snow Boa

Setting up a proper habitat beforehand is crucial for keeping your Snow Boa healthy and stress-free over its long life.

1. Enclosure Sizing: Start juveniles in a modest 20-gallon enclosure to help them feel secure, then upgrade mature adult Snow Boas to a sturdy 4×2-foot terrarium.

2. Temperature Control: Create a distinct thermal gradient using a warm basking spot kept between 88°F and 90°F alongside a cooler ambient side around 78°F to 80°F.

3. Humidity Management: Keep ambient humidity steadily between 60% and 70% to ensure smooth, full sheds and optimal respiratory function for your Snow Boa.

4. Feeding Intervals: Offer appropriately sized frozen-thawed rodents every 7 to 10 days for growing young, and adjust to every 10 to 14 days for adults.

Prior to your pet’s arrival, verify that all overhead or under-tank heat sources are wired to a digital thermostat.
